Dr. Kramer is a cataract, refractive, cornea, and glaucoma surgeon at Vance Thompson Vision. After attending the University of Iowa for medical school, he completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of North Carolina (Go Heels!). He then capped off his medical training with a Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery Fellowship at Duke. He enjoys delivering best on earth patient care alongside some of the brightest ophthalmologists in the world, performing exciting and meaningful clinical research, and educating some of the most talented MD fellows and OD residents in the country.
